The company has excellent customer service. The first wheel that I received has a small bend in it. Nothing major and it probably happened during shipping and was likely not the fault of ABC. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a new wheel within days. The new wheel works great! I would buy another one from them if I ever needed it.
