ShopEarl Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Shipping Policy”) provides information regarding shipments made in relation to the Service. Each Vendor on our platform operates their individual shipping policies. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Shipping Policy are defined in our Consumer Terms of Service availabe at (shopearl.com/terms-of-service) (the “Consumer Terms of Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should refrain from making purchases on the Service.

 

  1. Vendors’ Individual Policies. Before entering into any transaction, Buyers should review the specific shipping policy of the Vendor. The individual shipping policies of each Vendor may vary and may have specific conditions for the shipment of Goods. By purchasing Goods, Buyers and Vendors agree to be bound by both this Shipping Policy and the individual shipping policy of the Vendor.
  2. Notice of Shipment. APFusion/ShopEarl will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Buyer that Goods have shipped.
  3. Order TrackingIf Vendor provides APFusion/ShopEarl with tracking information, APFusion/ShopEarl will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Buyer with any shipment updates.
  4. Policy Changes. This Shipping Policy may be updated from time to time. The updates take effect immediately upon their posting to the Service. Please review this policy frequently to stay informed about any changes.
