ShopEarl Listing Policy

This Listing Policy (“Listing Policy”) governs Vendor’s listing of Goods on the Service. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Listing Policy are defined in our Terms of Service (available at [shopearl.com/terms-of-service]) (the “Terms of Service”). By using the Service, Vendor acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms of this Listing Policy. If Vendor does not agree with these terms, Vendor should refrain from listing Goods on the Service.

It is Vendor’s responsibility to understand and adhere to these guidelines, to aid in maintaining the integrity of the Service, and to help provide the best possible experience for Buyers. Vendor’s breach of this Listing Policy will be deemed a breach of the Terms of Service. Vendor agrees as follows:

  1. Acceptable Goods. Vendor may only list Goods that are legal to sell and align with APFusion’s/ShopEarl's marketplace product categories. Any Goods listed must be in Vendor’s inventory or legally under Vendor’s control. Illegal, counterfeit, or otherwise prohibited items are strictly forbidden. Vendor must be the sole owner of, and have proper title to, the Goods it lists.

  1. Included Information. Listings should provide clear, accurate, and detailed descriptions of the Goods. High-quality images should accompany all descriptions. Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited. Listings may not contain content that infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.

  1. Listed Prices. APFusion/ShopEarl reserves the right to list the Goods on the Service at a higher price than the price Vendor provides to APFusion. APFusion/ShopEarl will not be responsible for paying any amounts to Vendor greater than the price the Vendor provided to APFusion/ShopEarl minus the Take Rate.

  1. Accuracy of Listings and Corrections of Errors. Vendor will verify the accuracy of the listings and warrants that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, and error-free. APFusion/ShopEarl may, but is not required to, correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Goods’ listings.

  1. Enforcement and Violations. APFusion/ShopEarl reserves the right to remove any listings that violate this Listing Policy or the Terms of Service without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of Vendor’s Account.

  1. Policy Changes. This Listing Policy may be updated from time to time. The updates take effect immediately upon their posting to the Service. Please review this policy frequently to stay informed about any changes.

  1. Questions. For any questions about our Listing Policy, please contact us at help@shopearl.com.
