ShopEarl Return & Refund Policy

 

This Return & Refund Policy (“Return & Refund Policy”) governs transactions made through the Service. Although each Vendor on our platform operates their individual refund policies, the ultimate decision and coordination of refunds rest with APFusion. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Refund Policy are defined in our Terms of Service (available at [shopearl.com/terms-of-service]) (the “Terms of Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should refrain from making purchases on the Service.

 

Goods

 

Only Goods that have been purchased directly through the Service are governed by this Return & Refund Policy. Vendor Goods purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with that retailer’s respective returns and refunds policy.

 

  1. Sellers’ Individual Policies. Before entering into any transaction, Buyers should review the specific refund policy of the Vendor. The individual refund policies of each Vendor may vary and may have specific conditions for return of Goods. By purchasing Goods, Buyers and Vendors agree to be bound by both this Refund Policy and the individual refund policy of the Vendor.

 

  1. Submitting a Refund Request. All return & refund requests should be submitted directly to APFusion/ShopEarl via help@apfusion.com or through the your manage order portal. Each request will be processed on a case-by-case basis based on the criteria of this Return & Refund Policy as well as the Vendor’s specific return & refund policy.

 

  1. Refund Process. If a refund is approved, Vendor will refund the applicable amount to APFusion. Once APFusion/ShopEarl receives the refund from Vendor, APFusion/ShopEarl will process the refund and a credit will be applied to Buyer’s original payment method.

 

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations. Order changes and cancellations are not available, as APFusion/ShopEarl works to process and ship Orders as quickly as possible. If Buyer no longer wishes to receive an Order, please contact APFusion/ShopEarl to initiate a return of the Order and APFusion/ShopEarl will work to provide a refund in accordance with this Refund Policy. APFusion/ShopEarl cannot refund shipping for returned Goods.

 

  1. Policy Changes. This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. The updates take effect immediately upon their posting to the Service. Please review this policy frequently to stay informed about any changes.
