ShopEarl - Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy ("Warranty Policy") governs the warranties provided for Goods purchased through the Service. Although each Vendor on our platform may offer their own warranties, ShopEarl provides the following general Warranty Policy. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Warranty Policy are defined in our Terms of Service (available at [shopearl.com/terms-of-service]) (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this Warranty Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should refrain from making purchases on the Service.

Warranty Coverage

  1. Vendors' Individual Warranties. Before entering into any transaction, Buyers should review the specific warranty offered by the Vendor. The individual warranties of each Vendor may vary and may have specific conditions and limitations. By purchasing Goods, Buyers and Vendors agree to be bound by both this Warranty Policy and the individual warranty of the Vendor.
  2. ShopEarl's Warranty. In addition to any Vendor-specific warranties, ShopEarl provides a limited warranty that Goods purchased through the Service will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty is limited to the original Buyer and is non-transferable.
  3. Exclusions. ShopEarl's warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

  1. Contacting ShopEarl. To submit a warranty claim, please contact ShopEarl directly at help@shopearl.com. Each claim will be processed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this Warranty Policy and the Vendor's specific warranty.
  2. Required Information. When submitting a warranty claim, please provide your order number, a description of the defect, and any supporting photos or videos.
  3. Resolution Process. If a warranty claim is approved, ShopEarl will work with the Vendor to provide a repair, replacement, or refund, at ShopEarl's discretion. In the event of a replacement or refund, Buyer may be required to return the defective Goods.

Policy Changes This Warranty Policy may be updated from time to time. The updates take effect immediately upon their posting to the Service. Please review this policy frequently to stay informed about any changes.
